        Kari thinks having mold in your living space is an acceptable living condition. We know Kari from her employment at Cedar Lake Apartments where she neglects her job by leaving multiple times during office hours making it impossible for residents and service providers to reach her. I had to talk to service providers one day because she wasn't there when she was supposed to be. She is the most emotionless human I have met. She is rude and disrespectful. We tried to have a discussion with her and she refused and talked over us the entire time. Ask Kari about the murder rate special! All of her properties may or may not come with a side of murder. Like Cedar Lake Apartments. She never sent a statement out to residents or anything. We weren't given an opportunity to move. I'd stay far away from Kari and her unprofessional attitude.
