Update: We unexpectedly moved out of town for a job. Simon took great care of our house and the whole selling process. We handed him the keys when we moved out and he took it from there- accepting a full price offer within day of listing. He is the best around and we are so grateful for his guidance and efforts! We were first time homebuyers from out of state and Simon made our experience seamless. His knowledge of the area, responsiveness, and professionalism are above and beyond. When working with Simon Shingleton, we always felt heard and valued. We never felt rushed or that Simon didnt have time for us when we wanted to see a new listing he always made us feel like a priority.
