Colette was wonderful from the start. We were virtual buyers who had never even been to Oklahoma before moving here. She hustled to find us a home and helped put in many offers while giving her honest opinion! She was responsive and consistently helpful even in a crazy market like it is now! Colette was highly recommended by a friend who had a great experience with her on selling her home so I decided I would give her a try. When I first contacted Colette about selling my home she was very friendly, professional, and actively listened to my concerns. I was a little worried about my house not selling due to the much needed repairs but when Colette came over to see it, she was very confident that she could and would sell it within a few weeks and she was right because she did just that. She made sure I was ok with the price, she made sure the negations were fair, she always kept me updated on what was going on and if I had a question or concern she always responded back to me in a timely fashion. She was always available and for me that meant a lot. I felt the same way when looking for a new home. When I seen a home that I wanted to view it was never a problem for her, even if she thought the home might not be a good fit for me she still would book it for me to see, and I mean we looked at many houses and I said no to a lot of them but she was very patient with me and supported my decisions but also made sure I was getting something good. I could tell for her it wasn't just about getting a check, she had good intentions for my family and I. And I truly appreciate her for that. Her time away from her family to go see houses with me late at night or early in the morning, it didn't mater she was there, always cheerful and positive. And through all of that I was able to find another home that I am very happy and pleased with. If I have to do it all over again Colette is who I'm calling, I feel like I found more than a realtor, I gained a new friend.

Thorough and professional. She introduced us to a wonderful realtor in the city we moved from and our home was sold in a couple of days. During the buying process, Colette stayed on top of things and kept us informed step by step. Even after closing, she hasn't stopped being our realtor.
