Contacting Bricktown Home Buyers was one of smartest things I did when I was selling the house I grew up in. The staff at BHB was extremely professional in all regards, and totally respected the fact that I was selling a home, not a house. They were always punctual on appointments and stayed in contact with me, without being overbearing. If I had questions regarding the process, or any other elements of the sale, they contacted me within a reasonable time. I loved the process the used. They invited prospective buyers/investors they were acquainted with to tour the house and then submitted their bids. BHB reviewed the bids and then provided me with the highest bid. After acceptance of the contract they stayed with me all the way through closing. Ashley Payne was without doubt one of the most professional individuals I have ever had the privilege to work with. She was with me every step of the way.
