Chris Eubanks and team are the pinnacle of Real Estate Professionals. I have personally used him and his team twice now. Sold two and bought one with his assistance. 1st seller experience Chris got me above market value in less than 11 days(2007), 2nd Seller experience full Market value in less than 3 weeks when the other homes in my neighborhood have sat for months(2024). The buying experience was just exceptional. I highly recommend giving Chris the opportunity to interview and ultimately sell or purchase you a home. He will come prepared with comps and the market analysis to correctly price your home to sell. I personally will not use any other realtor for my home buying needs.
