My experience with Amy at storage 21 was awful,unprofessional and disrespectful.She was loud and yelling at me because of a late payment.I don't remember sign an agreement with amy.My contract is with American self storage.She is a disgrace

Fantastic place! I came to this location and was assisted by Rob. He was very professional and patient. He helped us get set up and get everything situated. Great prices! We even made a mistake and he helped sort it out. We highly recommend bringing your business here where your treated very well and feel confident knowing that your taken care of here!!!!

I went to my storage unit to drop some items off and Rob was outside cleaning the premises. He always smiles, waves and is super nice. I ended up dropping my keys to my unit when I got back into my car. Later that day Rob called me to let me know that he found my keys and he would keep them safe until I was able to return to get my keys. Thank you so much for helping me keep my stuff safe Rob. I dont know what I would have done if someone else would have found my keys outside my unit and stole my stuff. You are truly a blessing.

We have been renting from American Storage for almost a year now. I'm really impressed on how the Mgr. ROB is always very courteous and has always been very professional. AMERICAN STORAGE SHOULD HIRE MORE MANAGERS LIKE Rob. He is definitely and Asset to American Storage. He definitely gets 5 stars and even deserves to be compensated for going beyond his duties to keep us happy and loyal customers.
