Banfield Pet Hospital

Beginning of the year I took my fur baby to Banfield hospital for his yearly check up. I love going there cuz the ladies and the gentlemen are very friendly so if you need a place to go, take your babies check Banfield off of 63rd and May.

Banfield always stay on top of my fur babies care. They check on them after their appointments.

I had an appointment scheduled for my dog and have received confirmation via text that showed the time of the appointment. I showed up early for the appointment and was told I needed to reschedule because I was late. They told me my appointment was scheduled at a time that did not show on my confirmation nor was I ever told that this time of the appointment changed. I was only going to get a vaccine for my dog not anything major. I was upset and asked to speak with the manager her name was Riquita not sure that is spelled correctly. She told me that I wasnt understanding of what was going on and definitely had an attitude speaking to me and told me that it was an IT issue and they couldnt do anything about it when I showed her the confirmation text. I was very upset how she spoke to me and treated me when I had an appointment scheduled and showed up at the time it said on the text. Instead of accommodating me she said she cant fit people in but I had a scheduled appointment for that day. I honestly think they have our appointment time to someone else.

Pricing is higher than most. Not sure about service vs price yet.
