La'Reine Nails and Bar

Worst set and experience Ive ever had. Half the nails were not filled in completely, ran the dremel off the nail onto my finger countless times. When I went back in for a refund after seeing it in the light. Sat down for them to grind them off and was hit with the dremel again. I could just pick off the nails with all the space left on the sides of the nail.

I did not like it here at all. Soon as I came in nobody said anything to welcome me. She cut my real nails all the way down. Soon as she put my fake nails on she cut them so low there was barely a fake nail on it. She didnt even ask me the length. Then a women came in and she asked me to wait to finish my nails because she forgot she had an appointment but I had somewhere to go. I waited a hour and an half and she still wasnt done so I asked her to take them off because I had to go and she tried to argue with me. When she took them off she did it all hard and rough even though I told her it hurted so she can do it softer. Minding you all I had on was nail use and fake nail. When they asked her what was wrong she said nothing and it was a problem. I feel like it was unprofessional and disrespectful. She didnt even clean my nails back up after. I had to go get some shine and a file to clean them up.

Always use to come here & this last time I went I felt really rushed and my nails did not turn out great at all, they are chipping and peeling both my nails and toe nails, I did pay for shellac on both, So very disappointing.
