I had a great experience with Onyx! They repaired my HP mobile jet printer. I shopped around a bit before choosing their services, and after reading reviews about poor customer service at so many places, I was nervous. However, Brittany anwered the phone and she was incredibly polite and helpful! I felt the initial fee was more reasonable than others I'd found. They had a bit of a wait, but they not only got me in sooner than anticipated, my printer was repaired quickly and without cost beyond the initial fee! I have to say, I was very pleased!

Getting new toner delivered to our three locations around the Tulsa metro area has been made much easier with Onyx! The delivery time is quick, usually next business day, and the Onyx-brand toner and drums have worked flawlessly with our printers. They also diagnosed and repaired my home-office printer when it started having issues.
