If we could steer even ONE person to avoid Kazar, it would be worth it! Kazar doesnt back their junk alarm equipment for a reason. The give a measly 90 warranty and will NOT help with questions or equipment issues past that unless they can charge you for a service call which is outrageous. We had to pull every single piece of their alarm equipment out of our home, throw it in the trash (literally) and have everything replaced by a reputable alarm company. Unconscionable and scrupulous!

UPDATE: After they saw the review, they called. Some issues in their office that needed to be fixed and now we are working with them again. Sometimes things happen that owners dont know about issues with emoloyees! used them for a large job, did great! Once I started having small problems with my theater, updated by them, they wouldn't return my call. I paid them everytime I was sent an invoice, but when I needed them most, they won't talk to me! All I ever really wanted was to pay them to make my system work.
