Alexander Keenan did a great job helping me get my new ADT system features set up. I had some issues that needed taken care of & his prompt & thorough assistance allowed me to set up the remaining items.

ADT IS A SCAM! If we could leave a 0 star review we would. We were promised a doorbell camera but then later told we'd have to pay additional for an electrician to install it. We settled on 2 cameras instead. Now both cameras are defective and yiu guessed it. aDT wants us to spend hundreds of dollars to fix the cameras. They lock you into a 3 year contract so we are forced to pay monthly for defective equipment that doesn't even work for another 2 and a half years!!!! So now we are telling everyone we know how terrible of a company ADT is. We will continue to notify just about everyone we know that ADT is a scam and only wants your money. They care very little(if at all) about the customer they "service".
