I got a call from this store today about shoes I ordered. The female rep. preceded to tell me my address was not correct she was very rude and kept telling me she knew the address she had entered it three times. I politely told her well Ive lived here 40 yrs just received an order from Skechers so maybe try again. She was so rude and hateful I asked enter it again she did and than hung up on me. Im sure she had a bad day but its not good to be that rude and disrespectful. All the shoes I buy are from Skechers so it was just sad and makes the store look bad.

Poor customer service. Unfriendly this visit. Didn't know how to care for leather suede shoes either.

Sometimes you have to ask for assistance but when you do the staff is quick to help.

The young man that worked 3/29 @ 11am was incredible in his customer service/sales position. He needs to be a Corporate Trainer! My shopping experience was "customer service, personified!" I sent an email to Skechers Corporate to say the same.

Went looking for this store. It is quite difficult to locate from 41st. I called the store and got the nicest employee I have talked to I'm a long time. He led me to reach the store, staying on the phone long enough to get me there. We went in and I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of shoes available. An employee approached us wanting to assist if we needed him. Guess who it was? The guy on the phone working the sales floor. With his help we got the "work" shoes we needed, and also took advantage of the buy one, get one deal and I, too, got a pair of casual shoes. I love them. Comfortable, light weight, washable, and Cute. We couldn't be happier.
