        My first experience with him was not very good but he has made every attempt to fix the problem, I was pretty upset at the whole situation but he has restored my faith in him again so Im ok now, the wrong account number was sent to IRS for my return, everyone makes a mistake so after 2.5 hrs on the phone with them I get that straightened out, they will send a paper check. Few days go by so I call IRS about the paper check.The address on my paper work was also sent in wrong, after another 1.5 hrs on the phone, IRS says they will attempt to change the address but its not guaranteed when I will receive a check, Mr. Manke sent in an amendment to change my address also refunded what I paid to have him do them, he really is a good guy. Thank you
