U haul at 11th and Memorial are total crooks! My daughter rented a uhaul to move and the place she was moving from and to were both within 3 miles of the store and only 6 blocks apart she made 3 trips the 6 blocks between the two houses and back to the store and they charged her for 42 miles!!! I know these bad reviews never really change anything but hopefully will keep others from getting scammed as well always take pictures of the rentals especially the odometers and gas gauges they will get you any way they can!!

Clerk was extremely rude regarding the ID process and argued about the paper ID until she was finally told by corporate that they could accept my document. She said multiple times that she didnt care what corporate said and made me feel embarrassed. Also, employees need more training in hooking up the trailers and they were not safely loading or unloading the trailer but ignored me when I offered assistance. Employees were not able to remove trailer when I returned and I had to do it for them.
