White House Black Market

This has become my favorite store, I love the cloths but also love the ladies that work there, first they wear the cloths they sell and they model them well at all sizes, makes you want to try them on, the Ladies look like women not tranies and can look at you and pretty much get your size right. They recommended items I normally would not have looked at and they were so right about them. Between the great styles and the very kind and professional women there can not say enough good about this store. After the first time I went in, they remembered my name.

Just giving props to Tally (sp?) With her lovely accent for her amazing customer service in helping me purchase that gorgeous organza trench in a rush. She was great!

I have been a platinum member for years. The majority of my clothes come from WHBM, about 90%, but sadly not anymore. I've been so disappointed in the quality of the clothing in the last year or so. The materials are so thin you have to wear a camisole under many of them and with all the the T-shirts. No one wants to wear a camisole under a top in the summer. They are using inexpensive and cheaper looking materials in comparison to what they have used in the past. I bought two dresses at Christmas I had to return as they weren't lined properly when they previously lined everything that needed it. The sizing is very inconsistent. I've been a size 0 in WHBM jeans/pants forever and now I can go from 00-2 so buying from the internet is difficult. They are using fake leather/suede instead of the real thing. I've had one item fall apart in the washing machine on hand wash cycle. I could keep going but the point here is the quality has dropped and the prices have increased. I feel like I'm shopping in the outlet store the few times I've been in the store this year. I'm really sad to not be able to get my clothes at WHBM anymore as I have sworn by them for years. I would rather have paid a higher price for good quality materials and well made clothing than be offered the choices they have now.
