        Explained everything about visit to open my stopped up toilet. The company was very on spot with keeping me apprised of what home shield would cover on claim I needed a new toilet and they would not cover only the stoppage they had to get permission to fulfill the claim so I had to wait 4 days to get my claim done. This is no fault in the plumbing company to just un stop my toilet first and then get permission for the toilet stool.

        In the interest of fairness the part they completed was satisfactory . The problem is they left the job on Tuesday and did not show back up because I would not allow myself to be blackmailed into paying $500 to repair damage they created. The plumber showed late Friday to collect the materials he left behind . I hired a guy to get on the roof to repair the hole they left behind and I finished the install myself its not brain surgery. That being said I would never allow this company to do anything for me.
