        Since Covid hit, this company is a joke. They arent in the office, I cant blame them for that, so they arent answering their business phone. They give you Cindy and Sallys phone numbers so that you can call them, but they dont answer your calls either!! Highly suggest you research and purchase your insurance directly from Grange, State Farm, or whomever you choose. Do away with this middleman.
