A service of quality and professionalism. Lisa explained my refund and deductions to me in detail. I only had to wait two weeks to receive my refund. Very pleased with the service. The only reason for the 4* is because I couldn't look at his face thanks to the type of protection against COVID-19. The small cut in the plastic did not allow me to make eye contact. But after that everything was fine. Thanks Lisa!
