Poor customer service. Bought a Jetta here on feb. 17/24 along with a full coverage warranty and a 6 month warranty from the dealer. took it back April 12/24 having NOT put 1,000 miles on it or owning it for a month, for injectors and a coolant leak. The $4,000 warranty along with dealer warranty doesnt cover any of it. Bill of lies. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

From the time we arrived on the lot all the way to driving away in our new car, it was a very positive experience. Even though they were short staffed, managers were jumping in to help wherever they could. Really seems like a team environment. We're actually looking forward to our first service appointment :-)
