Advantage Dental+

How is it that I have talked with the emergency line to get antibiotics prescribed and also had trips to the ER to help while this place was closed on my days off, just to be told "I understand it's an emergency but soonest we can help you is May 15th" It's April 8th. Plain and simple the lady we spoke to was very rude and seemed annoyed that we were even trying to make an appointment, I don't know how they decide what's actually an emergency but my entire right side jaw has been 3 times the size for 4 days now and I haven't ate or slept in 6. Can't tell if it's Klamath Falls or just the way Dentist's are nowadays but either way it's just unacceptable and yall need to be better. 0/10 rating if I could.

Called to get an appointment because I am taking pain meds like candy and still in extreme pain, was told it was not an emergency and that I would have to wait 2 months. My primary physician told me to get seen by a dentist ASAP but this place felt I could just deal with the pain. They seem to be overbooked and unprofessional. I called my insurance company and switched my dentist and got a same day appointment. Beware!!! If you are in severe pain you will be told its not an emergency. I also notice many others have similar experiences.

Ive been to Advantage Dental a couple times now. Each time ive been greated with smiles & politeness. Made to feel comfortable.

I needed emergency dental care after an infection and it took six months just to see the doc. After they looked at me it took another two months for the actual treatment which is three extractions. The day of the appointment the dentist office calls me and say the dentist was out sick and that I would have to reschedule which thankfully was the next day. This dentist is by far the worst most unprofessional trash heap in klamath. If your in need of dental care don't go here! They are overbooked and are completely unprofessional.
