Everything about this property looks great on the surface. It's cosmetically charming and nestled between some wonderful neighborhood assets.
There are no reviews about this property available online so I moved in blind. I'm sharing insight as a current tenant.
The plumbing and electricity are old and very outdated. The walls and windows are thin and the building sits along two very busy and noisy main streets. Heat escapes everywhere and there is only one gas furnace to heat the entire unit. No utilities are included in your rental agreement.
You pay for everything.
Literally down to your stove pans upon move out...
