I quite enjoy my doctors. Reaching the medical assistant is impossible. The guy at the front desk appears to have been lobotomized. Not much else to say!

Worst place ever. Dr Carlson constantly cancels on you and there is no communication. This is the second time this week they have canceled my appt 30 minutes before my appt and Ive been waiting 2 weeks for a message back from the medical assistant. Super disappointing really need to get it together its ridiculous. Ill be looking elsewhere for a better provider.

I made an appointment as a new patient over 2 months ago. In December before the holidays they called to reschedule my appointment for 3 weeks later. I finally get my appointment today, with a nurse practitioner. Not even a doctor. They make me wait 45 minutes to see this jerk with dingy scrubs on looking like he hadn't showered. Mind you, I filled out all their paperwork online so that my new appointment would go smooth. I told them what I was there for very specifically. After telling the nurse practitioner I wasn't happy with the lack of respect for my time, they refused to do anything I had waited months for. The dirty nurse that was 50 pounds overweight was very irritated I should say anything about his lack of professionalism. Now I have to find another new provider. I had been treated for everything I was needing by another physician, but this guy refused any of it out of his own frustration.
