Crista has magic hands. Come from a long line of massage therapists (my grandmother, aunts and uncles, and two of my siblings are all massage therapists). Crista is my favorite. She's very adaptive, but my personal preference is really working out knots and stretching and working troubled areas. She's done wonders for my body!!

Megan Banker (chiropractor) and Christa Wakefield (massage therapist) are an awesome team. I found Megan on a list of HAES/body positive practitioners and was eager to check out her services. I was originally impressed by how much she knew about insurance and how to properly submit my visits so they're covered. She was able to tell me exactly how much I'd pay toward deductible, copay, etc. and how she would code the visits to be sure my insurance company would approve them. What a relief - navigating "alternative care" through insurance benefits sucks! I have felt completely comfortable at every visit with her. She is very thorough in your initial exam in helping diagnose areas that need attention and her adjustment techniques are gentle and smooth. She is non-judgemental in the way she provides care and a genuinely pleasant person to interact with. Christa is an excellent massage therapist and though I've had fewer in depth conversations with her, I'd recommend her as well. I've benefited from seeing both of them in tandem. Their location offers free, easy parking below the building with an elevator or two small flights of stairs to their office door. Their waiting room is cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend giving both Megan and Christa a visit if you're looking to add compassionate, competent folks to your care team!
