        These old salesman that are bumping around in this branch need a refresh on their customer service skills. If you're looking for a bad attitude swing by Eastside Platt.

        Check your receipts. I noticed after leaving I had been charged $55 for a roll of electrical tape. When asked about it they said "he must have put the wrong price in," without apology. Apparently manually putting in prices depending on the situation is a normal occurrence here. A metal electrical box was $18 when a nicer version was $5 at home depot. I returned everything else I had gotten which took 5 minutes because "the credit card machine is old, and we have put to put it in manually." Other stores don't struggle with this. I gave a bonus star because they are close to me, which they have no control over.

        Lately Ive just been going next door. Last 5 times Ive come in, with or without a will-call, it takes 10 or more minutes to get any assistance. Sales people tell me they have what I need and when I go to pickup they are the wrong materials. I would say use them as a last resort until they can get some decent people back in there.

        Pretty lame they don't carry small sizes in safety gloves. I know other locations do carry them.
