We hired Ryan to clean up our lot and maybe some small excavating where we will build our house. Once he cleaned out the lot there was so much overfill and our lot was steeper than what we expected. Ryan still continued to work with us and stayed there longer to prepare the land for the foundation. This is the first time we are building a home for ourselves and Ryan has been great with explaining everything and answering all our questions. I will gladly be his reference if he needs one.

We hired Ryan for foundation excavation, backfilling, footing drainage, driveway, and cutting down a few trees. Our lot was never developed and needed lots of work to be able to pass city's inspections. Ryan was able to perform all the requested tasks and meet city's expectations in a timely manner. There was water leak from a hydrant to our lot, and Ryan found and resolved the issue before we started construction. He is experienced, honest, and make sure you understand what is going on in every step. I highly recommend Ryan and I would definitely hire him again for our future projects.

*UPDATE* Not cool, not great. the concrete blocks have never been picked up, though Ryan said hed pick them up weeks ago. Ive tried to contact about completing the work promised; theyre not answering calls/texts/emails and its been over a month with several attempts. I was excited to get this done, and its still not finished. You can see in the photos that there was about a foot of excavation, when Id asked for 3 (my fault for not measuring). Lots of dirt piled on the side by my fence to look like the hole is deeper. I had to do additional digging that took time, money and energy from my project. And my beautiful tree Id tried to save is dead ! I had respect for this business response rate and work until there was no response and the work wasnt completed nor completed as requested. Fantastic experience! Responsive, professional, timely, respectful... Only the tip of the iceberg. Ive been doing a lot of work around the house and this was the faster response on scheduling, appraisal, and job completion. Ryan was super responsive just over email even. I contacted the company on Thursday and by Saturday its done (except for a few pieces of concrete hell pick up later this week)! The price fits the budget & cost me less than if Id done it before even! The service is incredible! Thanks for taking on the sweating for me!
