        Have been interested in Toll Brothers since almost buying in Camas. Had a great interaction up there meeting a representative after booking an appointment. However wanted to stay more local to family and every time I have had the worst follow up or experience trying to get communication on builds or processing after reaching out online in Oregon. I reached out and had to follow up multiple times. My questions were never answered. This was also prior to the house buying boom. I did love the look of multiple model homes but I want to be happy at home and not stressed, after dealing with salespeople who don't care, I don't feel like I would be lead in the right direction.

        I recently purchased a home here. Worst mistake I ever made. Toll Brothers customer service is deplorable. Visit the area and you can see from front landscape which is west hills home and which is Toll Brothers
