        Rooms are clean and well decorated. However, for their price point itd have been nice to provide drinking water to guests aside from the $6 bottles they have for sale in rooms. There were no luggage carts visible to the eye and no doorman or anything sort of help with luggage. This is so strange for a hotel of this stature. There are many entrances, but the ones I found involved going up stairs with my heavy bags. It was all so confusing. There also isnt room service, although the restaurant upstairs was lovely. These facts lead me to believe that the hotel isnt comparable with other properties of the same caliber.

        Very nice hotel and not a rip off (unless you use the mini bar). Staff is really awesome. Loved the bar/restaurant on the top floor. Shower is nice. You can put your hand through the hole to warm it up without getting wet (see photo). Will stay here again next time Im in Portland.
