Great stay at Zags Portland Hotel. Spacious room with high taste room style and ambiance. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Nice bonus to workout at 24/7 gym. I love Portland!
Rooms: Room is very spacious, clean and stylish.
Nearby activities: 24/7 gym which is very spacious, have neatly maintained machines & equipments, plus indoor swimming pool.
Walkability: Close to bus stop shelter and short walking distance to train station.

We were staying in the hotel and decided to grab dinner at the restaurant on site. The food was great! Wonderful fettuccine and the burgers with the double fried fries are so good! Patrick took great care of us! Looking forward to more meals here during our stay. Check in was a breeze as well, Armando got us set up right away and helped us figure out how to get to the parking garage. Rooms are on the smaller side, but very cozy, clean, and comfortable! The view from our room into the garden is lovely!

Food & drinks: Fabulous restaurant on site.

This hotel sure knows how to pick the right bartenders! Absolutely amazing experience with them, super cool people and very attentive. Made me feel like I was back at home with the boys, such a laid back environment and very quality place to get drinks at ! Will definitely be back in the future.
Food & drinks: Great drinks! Wasnt sure what I wanted so I told the bartender to surprise me and he most definitely delivered! They know what theyre doing for sure

I did not have a bad stay but unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel due to certain charges and the lack of response when reaching out. They give you a $10 stipend per day to use on snacks, at the restaurant, etc. However several items were not deducted from the amount that was available to me and they were instead charged directly to me. I reached out several times and left multiple voice mails for the manager and received no response. This alone is enough for me to not recommend the hotel, despite it otherwise not being too bad of a place to stay.
Noteworthy details: They dont have a gym in the building but instead give you a day pass to the 24 Hour Fitness nearby - which happens to also not be open 24 hours like the name might suggest
