Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland

Parking is $55 for valet or $28 overnight across the street in a garage. The restaurant is good but felt slightly overpriced for the amount of food you get. The room was clean and suited our needs, but the tub was small and slippery during the shower! No smart TVs, but the channels available were good. The location was within a few minutes' walk of all the places we wanted to visit, but we preferred the walk during the day to during the night. We visited once and loved it for our anniversary, so we came back. We didn't get the spa suite this time and went with a basic room. We felt like the service provided was better for the spa suite last year, even after noting in our reservation that it was for our anniversary.

Very nice hotel. I love that they are pet friendly! Nearby activities: This hotel is located pretty much in the center of downtown Portland so there are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Safety: At night I personally wouldn't go out alone. Downtown Portland still has a large homeless population. Drugs are a problem too.

We had such an amazing four night stay at the Kimpton, Vintage. The staff was kind and helpful and always greeted us going in and out; amenities were unique and actually helped add to our stay (like umbrellas and bikes for use). The room we had was a corner king and it was beautiful. Best of all, this is a great location as it makes almost any downtown location very walkable. I would absolutely recommend a stay here and for the quality of stay we got a great value as well. This felt like our home away from home, thank you! Rooms: The Corner King was lovely! Nearby activities: Check out Powells City of Books down the street! Walkability: Very walkable - only a few blocks from most downtown locations
