I received a deep tissue massage that included cupping, cold therapy, and heat therapy services. My neck was a bit stiff going into treatment, so I was pretty eager for the massage - especially the part that focused on my neck. Manny was very professional throughout the entire service, and I really enjoyed how he explained exactly what he was going to do and even relayed the health benefits associated with it. He was very knowledgable which made me feel more comfortable. It was my first time receiving cupping and cold therapy services, and I felt really nervous. Thankfully, Manny was able to talk me through the entire time which helped me relax a lot. After the treatment, I felt extremely "light" and "loose". It almost felt like I was floating on a cloud, ha. Great feeling and great first experiences with these new treatments.
