Never clean, short staffed. Poor management as no one seems properly trained :/

The commercials on TV make them look so inviting and I wanted to order from them since the food looked sooo good.  Boy was I wrong.  I ordered the chicken burrito bowl with cheese on top, large chips and guacamole.  What I got was a 8 oz bowl of guacamole that had huge chunks of avacado in it, NO CHIPS and the burrito bowl was a mess thrown together with mozzarella cheese melted on top!  Who puts mozzarella cheese on Mexican food.  So we called the place, spoke with the manager, we went back in to get our chips that they forgot, how can you forget to include the chips with a guac & chips order).  He gave us an extra guacamole to make up for our incovenience.  But what was the last straw was that there were long blond hairs in our burrito bowl!!  I about threw up right there an then.  We called the manager back and he stated they had no one working there with that kind of hair.  My hair is long, brown and up in a clip, my sons hair is short and dark curly brown.  The audacity to insinuate that it was not their establishments fault there was hair in our food!  He then said we would have to call the customer service line to complain, which I did loudly and got my money back.  Ending of the story, I would NEVER EVER buy their food again...Gross beyond belief......
