        As time goes by, customer service worsens and especially the attention of the Latin woman who is sometimes in front, serves angrily and in bad taste and is super rude to the delivery people.

        Delivery order with no utensils or napkins and the maple syrup missing. This is 2024 so when this happens, the restaurant is doing it on purpose. Do you think you're "punishing us" for not eating there in person? Or just trying to make us feel as aggravated as you feel? You know when you do this you lose our business forever, right? Why not just close your restaurant and do something you enjoy. You guys obviously take no pride whatsoever in your jobs.

        Just like the name in the title this time of year (Portland), the food is soggy, damp and cold. Two bites of a $30.00 order and no thanks. UberEats driver made it to my home in 7 minutes and the food tasted and appeared to have been sitting out for hours. The biscuits with egg and bacon and gravy, disgusting. The potatoes, cold and over-salted and also, disgusting. My dog wouldn't even eat it!!! Save your money and appetite, look elsewhere for better quality of food.

      Sorry we missed the silverware and the syrup. Alternatively in the universe where not everyone is out to get you... Someone made an innocent mistake? Due to city regulations we can't just include silverware automatically and sadly every once in a while someone misreads a ticket or forgets to put one in. If you leave feedback on the delivery service that you ordered through I can likely give you a refund. Sorry! But also chill out a bit, that's a little much.
