My situation had a rough start, but as soon as I found Johnston Law Firm, and got put in the very capable hands of Carrie, she helped me navigate the motor vehicle accident situation smoothly, in a supportive and compassionate way, and went above and beyond, staying late when necessary to make sure that everything was well in order, while ultimately securing a payment for the full policy limits from the at-fault driver's insurance company.

UPDATE !!!! Changed to 3 star review for just a little added grace. At least no snarky reply with unacceptable excuses for behaviour was given. That at least could demonstrates an acceptance of being humble when the truth is stated. Ha, The 1st Attorney Group in Oregon I called! I called this attorney, made my way through the phone system, got a lady whose job was to route calls, not answer easy pertinent questions like "Do the attorneys there get paid hourly or after the case has been won?" She was super excited to want to gather all my information though, like name, phone number maybe even email! I didn't give it to her though! Why would I trust a company who cannot even provide a simple answer to a simple question without first getting their potential customers data? Answer is. I wouldn't. Its ok folks, I will just keep calling attorneys and leaving feedback for the experience I get from calling the numbers advertised. Like I said this is #1, Goldberg and Loren Law Firm is the second one I called. Lets see how many attorneys in Oregon I go through that get this same review before I encounter a different experience, an actual human who can answer my question without any other strings attached! Look for the same review on all attorneys who display the same behavior for the "data acquisition" groups.
