Joshua Keith was the technician who came out to repair our gas water heater and install a toilet. He is excellent! He went out of his way to go over and above to explain everything. Service was timely and professional when fixing a broken pipe from a winter freeze event, as well as installing a natural gas line for an outdoor fireplace. Joshua did a fantastic job and delivered excellent results. He kept me informed along the way and was very up front about what to expect through the various repairs he was performing in terms of the work being performed and the costs associated. He knocked out several jobs in one day and took extra time at the end to give me some tips and tricks to better prepare for winter weather in the future.

I have used Henco Plumbing twice before and they are great. I had a water main leak underground and the guys that redug and replaced the main were amazing and they had a lot of obstacles at my home. There is a huge rock bed they couldn’t get through with their digging machine, I have a retaining wall around my front yard that they tried to get through, only to find it was stabilized with some sort of steel plate, which took out two huge drill bits. They ended up having to dig a hole 8 feet down, go under the retaining wall and back up to street level. They were very respectful of my property, they took time to make sure it all looked great when they were done and I really appreciate their efforts. TJ, Braxton, Hayden and Sergio put in a lot of muscle, attention and care for this job. Thank you so much for the exceptional job!!
