I used this company five years ago to replace my hot water tank and was super happy with the price and service. That was then... I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. "Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet." I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.

Working with Craig Anderson and his team was delightful!  We realized our hot water heater line was leaking when the water was pooling by the garage door.  I was referred to Craig by Chris at B&S Heating (awesome as well) and from the first phone call to the final payment, the whole experience was fabulous.  The plumber came out the next day.  He called to ask if he could come early (why, yes! of course, we'd love to see you sooner!) and then proceeded to explain what was needed, why the line failed (galvanized versus copper), and then suggested adding a shutoff valve so if something happened again (which I am sure would be the heating unit, not his work), we wouldn't have to turn all the water off - we would only lose the hot water.  The work area was left clean and neat.  The work is impeccable.  Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Craig and his team.  Highly recommend!

To say we've had a nightmare experience with contractors this year would be an understatement.So when our awesome undermount Elkay sink cracked, I was once apprehensive in finding someone reliable, honest and professional.Within 24 hours of contacting these folks we had scheduled for Craig to come by and check it out. He arrived right on time (a rarity for us) and got set to work. I appreciated his honesty and straightforward responses. The sink had to be replaced entirely and couldn't be repaired.Luckily we had a replacement sink (thanks Elkay!) and had scheduled for Craig to give us a call for installation within the next few days.Turned out the adhesive on our cracked sink was super strong. Craig referred us to an amazing guy who came THAT DAY to remove and install the sink. Craig visited us the next day to finishing the plumbing.This guy is the real deal and it's no wonder he is so popular. He answers phone calls, arrives in a timely manner, and is an all around nice dude. Highly, highly recommend!!!
