    Save your time and money if you are the property owner. They are more resident friendly and they spend your money very luxuriously on residents and very generous to give whatever resident wants without your approval. Be sure to pay premium price with a royal treatment to the residents treating owners as their slaves.

    Stove broke took them almost 6 months to get it replaced. Currently our dryer is broken and they sent us a video on how to repair it ourselves. Do not recommend using this management company, do not recommend living anywhere they manage the property.

    DO NOT RENT FROM MYND. I could write a book about the problems Ive encountered with Mynd, but Ill keep it short: 1. They kept pushing our move-in date weeks beyond what was initially listed 2. The application process was overly complicated and portions were outsourced to at least two other application services 3. I asked for the HOA information and was told that I would not need to have it, but they gave it to me anyway- for the HOA across the street. 4. Told me the wrong utility companies to sign up with 5. Had our garage door break and no one would answer the phone, not even the emergency line. When we finally did get a message from someone, we were told this was a high priority maintenance request. It still took them over a week to fix. 6. They outsource property inspections to random people who can sign up to inspect properties for extra cash 7. Our doorknob broke, was labeled high priority, and then took over a week to fix. 8. Our dishwasher broke and it took them over a month to fix. 9. You never talk to the same person twice and it seems like they dont even talk to each other. No one knows whats going on. 10. Our HOA informed Mynd of a violation and two months later, Mynd informed us of the violation that needed to be fixed by the next day. 11. Our HOA informed Mynd of roofing work that was scheduled, but Mynd did not tell us. We woke up to people in our backyard, tearing off shingles, opening windows. Mynd not informing us of this work 24 hours in advance was in direct violation of our lease agreement. We are moving solely because we cannot trust Mynd as a management company.

    I had never heard of this company until my husband and I found a house that was being leased by them. We got in the same day to look at the property and decided we wanted to proceed with leasing it. Everything went smooth until we put in our security deposit, then the communication ceased to exist. We had asked Mynd if the owner would be willing to lower the rent by a little bit since the house had some repairs needed including holes in multiple walls that were clearly patched up and looked terrible and we would have to spend our own money fixing it. Whoever my husband spoke with said she would reach out to the owners and get back to us within 24 hours, but 4 days later we still had no response. We emailed and called these people multiple times because we needed to schedule a move in call as well, but were waiting to hear back on the owners response about the rent being reduced first. Finally my husband received an email from another representative yesterday and they said the owners would be willing to lower the rent a little bit and that we have a move in call scheduled for tomorrow at 10am. Fast forward to today at 10am, then 10:30, then 11amstill no call, email, text as to why didnt call us or give us a heads up if something came up. We were the ones who had to call multiple times and email them to figure out what was going on since we took time out of our workday for this move in call and also every day that goes by our security deposit is prorated so were losing money. We finally get a hold of the agent at around 2pm and she says I got stuck on a call then had a meeting and then went to lunchworking with this company for not even a week makes me feel like Im being punked. This person literally sounded like she just woke up from a nap and couldnt answer any of our questions. I never leave reviews on anything but I have never dealt with a company so terrible at communication and professionalism, its honestly a joke. The property we wanted to lease is literally our dream home but this company is standing in the way of that. If they are this terrible now I cant imagine how it was going to be if we had decided to sign the contract. Very unfortunate and I would rather not be swindled by these people.

    I am currently renting out my property through Mynd. Trust me, I am projected to get the 1st payment only after 4 months and all the money are going to maintenance. They did pre rental evaluation and confirmed that it is in good condition. I fixed all that they stated in the report before giving the property over to them. Instead of helping to handle the rental property, they honor all the residents requests(including cosmetic fixes on the property), partial utility bills, screw drivers to open switch boards, etc. and simply pass the expenses (unrealistically high service charges) on the owners. Why do we need a property management if they dont do a good work but making residents happy but pushing owners to a pathetic situation. Waiting for my lease to get over with Mynd and the current tenant to sell my property or rent out by myself. Choose them if you want to lose all your money and to be forced to never think about renting a property again. Dont be misled by the reviews, they are all by residents but investors are in a bad state for every unit rented through MyNd
