H&R Block

Se Foster rd. H and R block I have been going to this same office for over 24 years with no problem. They have my email and my phone number, I understand that people get sick but I had to make alot of arrangements with work, kids and transportation to go to this appointment a call or a text would have been nice. Instead I drive over there to a locked close office. I miss the office manager Randy!!! I called and talk to a rep and she said oh Kathy must be sick... sorry ok that doesn't help me.

Ive been with this company for a long long time as a customer and I love my tax preparer Michelle guano she is a five no matter what but what happened to me today is making me rethink whether I should even go with H&R Block again there is no way to contact your tax preparer I had a 6 oclock appointment this evening I showed up at 5:55 the office was locked and closed so I thought maybe she went to a different office so I went to another office and that was also locked and closed When Itried to call I got a computer and it hung up on me so then I called the call center I got a guy and tried to explain the situation and all he wanted to do is tell me that she doesnt have any more appointments and cant do any virtual appointments theres nothing scheduled for her so you cant get a hold of the tax preparer and you cant get a hold of a person and if you do get a hold of a person theyre not gonna help you Like I said Ive been going to H&R Block for years and I love my tax preparer but whats the point if I cant get a hold of them or they dont call and leave me a message that theyre going to be at a different office this is really no way to run a business
