If I could give zero stars, I would. I wanted to find a chiropractor in November 2022. He recommended Trigger Point Injections. When scheduling the TPI appointments, I asked the front desk to tell me how much I would owe out of pocket for the TPI sessions. She looked up my insurance coverage and told me "You have great coverage; You can book as many appointments in a month as you want and they are fully covered." So I booked four TPI appointments for dates in November and December 2022. I figured if there was any out of pocket cost, I could use my Flexible Spending Account to pay the bill, because I can roll over the FSA funds into 2023 for a couple of months. My insurance provider processed the services in December 2022. I finally received a bill in October 2023 for $280. The TPI sessions were billed as $66/session. This was not what I was told when booking the appointments, so I called the billing office to dispute the balance owed. I explained that the front desk had told me my insurance covered these sessions in full, and that I could book as many appointments as I wanted. I was told that they would review the billing and get back to me within 72 hours. In January 2024, I received another bill - now for $310. So I called the billing office again to ask about the status of my dispute. I again explained that the front office had lied to me when I asked how much I would owe out of pocket for these TPI sessions. They told me they would talk with their billing manager and get back to me. In February 2024, I called the billing office again to ask about the status of my dispute. I was told that the balance owed was now $460 and that the doctor's office had told them that this is the patient's responsibility - even though the front desk had misrepresented the out of pocket cost - and if I don't pay it they will send me to collections. I haven't even received an invoice for the $460. I received an invoice dated 10/26/2023 for $280. I received an invoice dated 12/15/2023 for $280. I received an invoice dated 1/8/2024 for $310. No other invoices have been received. This practice is misrepresentation of patient costs and untimely billing. I specifically asked how much I would owe out of pocket. I was told I could book as many appointments I want and they are fully covered. I thought the services were covered, based on what I was told, so I booked 4 appointments. The front desk scheduler lied to me. I was not billed for services until 11 months after services were provided, so I couldn't use my FSA funds to pay for the bill. Now, it seems I owe $460 and still haven't received an invoice that matches that dollar amount. I will never go back to this office, and I recommend that you find another office unless you want to be hit with surprise billings almost a year after services are provided. I also recommend calling the insurance provider before booking any appointments with this office because they misrepresent insurance coverage in order to secure appointments and then hold the patient responsible for out of pocket costs.

Helena is an amazing injector. I have had so many different injectors in my life for Tox and she ranks up there with the dermatologist I worked with years ago. Helena is friendly and knowledgeable! Mark the Chiro is also very friendly! 10/10 recommend!
