after looking for several months, Elizabeth has been a breath of fresh air, her teaching style is engaging and fun. Elizabeth Is transparent And open in her teaching. This only lends to Great authenticity and easy engagement. She provides a warm classroom atmosphere and I'm excited to continue my learning with her into the next steps of reiki. Elizabeth is a wonderful trainer and practitioner! She came and provided a training for our hospice and palliative care professionals. All participating disciplines agreed this was a powerful, worthwhile, training for application in their work both for coping with serious illness and death, as well as for grief and loss.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a four hour workshop, Reiki Uprising at Rise Wellness. This is my first experience attending any kind of a workshop like this so I was a little anxious going into it. Once Elizabeth began to talk to us about the class It was really easy to see her level of excitement And passion for Reiki. Elizabeth has a way about her that puts a person at ease, she is very open, funny, and is an outstanding teacher. I was very impressed and would encourage anyone to attend any of Elizabeths classes based on what I have experienced.

After completing Reiki 1 at Rise Wellness, I am already able to practice on both myself and my animals. It was a fun, lighthearted, and enjoyable experience. You'll be made to feel welcome and it isn't difficult or intimidating.

Absolutely loved my training with Elizabeth. Very gifted Reiki master, who not only help me heal but unlocked my own path towards exploring this beautiful practice. Highly recommend, specially if you are looking for a deeper understanding of this practice in a way that is authentic to you and your own experience.
