The whole crew here is awesome!! Mark is great at getting it cracking in the chiropractic sense!! An over all mellow and pleasant place to go for therapy with a great staff!!!

Edit: This office very abruptly changed its entire model of care with no prior communication. No more massage and no more physical therapy. Now they have care people in there that have no understanding or caring attitude about your particular pain. They dont listen. They just apparently have a one size fits all death trap of a table foe treatment that hurts your body and is most certainly not being individualized for your care. Nobody asked me how it felt. They just turned it on and left me in the room in pain. I will say the accupuncture is still great and so is the front office. I was really upset though by this sudden change and I would not recommend the office whatsoever if you have fibromyalgia specifically but possibly otheIr conditions. You cannot expect any compassion for your particular needs. I tried 2 appointments and not only did it not feel good during treatment, but made me feel worse when I left. It put me into a pain flare both times. I used to love this office and was eager to recommend them to everyone, but unless you are specifically looking for accupuncture, I would stay as far from this office as possible. It's just so disappointing they weren't interested in continuing their old treatment model for patients who benefited from it. It no longer feels like a wellness center at all.I used to love this office and it's unfortunate I now have to give them one star and find a new provider. ******* Prior post: Ihave honestly never felt more comfortable im a medical setting. Every person there pays attention to you. They communicate everything they do and they listen to everything you say to make sure your questions are answered. I wish I would have found this place a long time ago. I actually have hope that I can feel a little less pain! They are thorough and make you feel heard, never judged. The atmosphere is very calm and I look forward to my visits. They really are amazing!

I had a very terrible experience at the Belmont clinic. I highly recommend not wasting your time with these folks. The office is dirty, unorganized and not professional at all. Dr Ebensteiner was cold, non personable and almost robot like. The adjustment was fine but very much what you would get for a general treatment. I was also "prescribed" a ultrasound treatment which was unprofessional, laughable at best and found zero result. The doctor kept pushing services that weren't needed. I was promised an understanding of billing and what i would owe only to be hit with a large bill long after the treatment. I would avoid this clinic at all cost, don't waste your time or money.

Completely incompetent scheduling department. Completely incompetent billing department. Do not recommend.
