I bought a pair of Oakleys last year and Dakota was the best! I drove back up from Salem to Tigard to get another pair and have my scratched lenses replaced from my Oakleys. All done in short order while it was very busy AND the system glitched on him. He could have let the sale go, but he persisted and got a happy customer. Thank you Dylan.

I love my glasses. I flew off an ATV and landed on my face and guess what??? My glasses didnt break! Broke my neck, but not my Ray-Bansss !!!

I bought a pair of Coach Sunglasses and decided to return them a week later because after wearing them for a few days, they were a bit bulky and not very comfortable on my face. The sunglasses were $200 so I figured I should be happy with my purchase. The lady that helped me accused me of damaging them. She asked me if they were dropped and tried to claim that there was a scratch on them. She proceeded to tell me that their policy was not to take back any damaged items. Obviously, the sunglasses were not damaged at all she just did not want to give up the commission on a $200 pair of sunglasses. The lady made me feel like I was some sort of scam artist. Had she treated me better I probably wouldve bought a different pair of sunglasses. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would not recommend unless you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I also wish I wouldve gotten the ladies name but I only have her associate number 11362546.
