Drive Accounting

As a small business owner I do my own books, but I was having difficulty with some of the transactions. Ted was able to take a quick look for me and showed me how to fix it. Thank you!

I have been using Drive for a few years and I always get great customer service. They take great care of my books and any time I have a technical question they are really good about answering it in a timely manner. They also work with my CPA to make sure when my taxes and books are all lined up. I cant recommend Drive enough. Thanks to all of you!

Once again Ted came to my rescue with items needed on my PC. Could not figure out how to use a thumb drive backup and he had it done in minutes! Thank you, again... The email feature quit working on my QB program. Called Ted and he reviewed the set up. Explained how to remove the address and add it back. Email is working perfectly again! Thank you, Shary

Great onboarding conversation and first impressions, it's truly unfortunate that this company couldn't be consistent. If you're reading this review, please consider looking at other firms. We signed up for and agreed to quarterly services and nothing more than adjusting QB categories has been done on our account since October 2021, it's May and our 2021 books aren't even closed. Either the company lost associates, had too many accounts or just doesn't know how to organize themselves - but it is at my small businesses expense. We are hiring out another firm and requested that Drive pay towards some of the clean up needed due to their negligence and they are refusing to do so. It shows a company's true character when an apology isn't received and compensation efforts aren't taken to right the wrongs.
