I brought my to Scotts car in for services which included, Emissions , inspection and detailing. They always do a wonderful job taking care of my car.

After a month of my car sitting in the lot to get worked on they literally have made no progress. Im pulling my car and bringing it somewhere else. All I need is four new tires and some body work. Jim told me the bodywork would take three days to complete. I have literally been on the phone with Christina everyday trying to figure this out. She acts very sweet and professional but thats just to get you off the phone. She told me multiple times she was going to call me back and never called me back, not even once! Horrible! They should be ashamed of their quality of customer service. I have full coverage and my insurance is great! Ive even had my insurance call the collision center multiple times. I dont see what the hold up is at Mazda.and I cant seem to get any answers. Unfortunate. I would never recommend bringing your car here unless you dont care about time.

Their communication during the repair was abysmal. I kept having to follow up with them to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Once they said the car was ready to be picked up, we found the battery cover in the back seat. It also had to go back for imperfections in the paint. While everyone was professional in person, the rest of the process was not good.
