Immaculate Paint Protection

I own a 2020 tesla model S and I wanted to get it wrapped and ceramic coated. I unfortunately waited til I had 4k miles on it before I realized that was an available service. I started noticing small scratches and knicks from the road and found Bill at immaculate. He was very honest with me and appropriately metered my expectations because of the existing imperfections. I wanted simply to preserve the current condition and maybe improve it some. Bill was able to take at least a couple thousand miles of road scratches off my car. I was very happy that he could accomplish that in addition to coating my car. There was an issue with his doing my trunk area. He pointed it out when I picked it up and asked me to give the coating a couple weeks to set and see if it was still an issue he'd redo it. It was still an issue and he took it back to address it and I suggested that I was kool with him removing the spoiler to make the film one piece even though the patterns on the computer cut out for it. He did it and it turned out great! Long and short , Bill is interested in seeing his clients happy whatever it takes! Highly recommended if u care about your pride and joy! I had the misfortune of puncturing a full can of spray paint with my tire in a parking spot downtown Allentown yesterday. Spray paint went all over the passenger side of my 2020 tesla model s. Total nightmare! I texted Bill and he answered my prayers. He asked me to come up right away and he dropped what he was doing to address my situation. He was able to get just about all of it off, some still on rubber of the tire that I think a graffiti remover spray I sell at work will clean off. Bill is awesome! That's why I always go back to him!!

I cant say enough good things about Immaculate Paint Protection. Great communication. And was exceptionally flexible. And my car looks amazing! I was not over sold, but got exactly what I was looking for. And did I mention how amazing my car looks?

Bill did a fantastic job in installing the paint protection film on my new tesla model 3. There was no sales pressure and love the way it turned out. Highly recommend as you can clearly tell Bill loves what he does!
