It's been a month since I ordered.... still no shipping notification, no fabric. No response to the 3 emails I've sent. Will I ever get any fabric? Who could say.

I placed an order on May 16th. According to their website they ship within a week or less and their order confirmation says 3 days to ship. It's now over two weeks later, no shipment has sent and I get no response to customer support requests or emails.

Nick of Time Textiles has great fabric, great prices, and great customer service. They aim to make the customer happy. I do fiber arts so I check them first for material that I can use for ecodyeing/ printing as well as my own sewing. They may not have anything at the time but you can check back as fabric regularly come in. I live across the country but receive my purchases in a timely manner. They respond within the day to any queries and I have recommended them to friends and people in my guild.

I've had nothing but terrible customer service with this company. First order I went with what I thought I needed and ordered 6 yards. I didn't need it and tried to contact customer service and they said they only take back 6 yards or more on an order which I had but wouldn't take it back. Said what ever and ordered swatches twice. Ordered 5 swatches and got 3 ordered another 5 and received 4. Asked about the shortage crickets. Said what ever again but kept both of these in the back of my mind and ordered the fabric I was looking for. Their site and shipping app they use state 4-5 or 5-6 business days. My order was shipped out after 7 business days. I again said what ever. When it arrived I messaged them to get the refund on my swatches and they said "what refund" and this is when I called them out for terrible customer service and asked for a refund on my shipping since it was outside the policy stated on their site. They pretty much told me they can't refund me cause I didn't qualify for free shipping? If I had free shipping I wouldn't be reaching out. They went on to say in the future I can call in and ask for my order to be processed ASAP. Why wasn't that the case when my order was placed? No refund and no follow up since my last message.

Was supposed to receive 3 yards of a fabric, and only received 1. Overall, with the quality of the fabric, I would not recommend this place to anyone, regardless of the price. Very disappointing sale and experience!
