Allentown Park Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection

Love this place. I always stay here!!! The staff here are all awesome! Rarely do you find a great hotel that treats you like family.... Rooms: Rooms are clean and spacious... Nearby activities: There's events near by, haven't adventure out yet... Safety: Safe, quiet hotel. I haven't had a problem..... Walkability: You can walk to close by restaurants if you choose or uber or lyft.... Food & drinks: There are plenty of places close by.... Noteworthy details: There's many amenities here with in the building. The hotel was also recently remodeled....

Stayed for one night. Easy check in. Good continental breakfast. Easy check out. Rooms: Very clean room and bathroom. Super comfy down pillows 4 per bed. Great water pressure.

When we came in front desk was polite but didn't have many options in case we needed toiletries. Coming into the room the bathroom looked slightly dirty and the sheets were stained. The bathtub when you turned on the water would fill up with water and drain slowly. Also limited hot water. I came with 3 kids and 1 shower used up the hot water. Going to the pool, which is one of the reasons we came here, it was really murky to the point my kids didn't want to go in and it had a really bad smell. There was no hot breakfast either. Bagels muffins and yogurts and oatmeal. I will not be coming back.
