Hello Jennifer,After having you as a client and seeing how you acted today, we are not too sure how much we believe that you typically do not like to write bad reviews. You were rude when you walked through the door and complained the entire time. You asked for costs of services to which I responded. We are sorry that you don’t want to pay for our time, labor, and service. I have been in the business for as long as you’ve been getting your nails done. We ARE a business and the services you asked for typically have costs associated with them. Nothing in life is free and if they were free, you wouldn’t be asking how much the cost was anyway and then getting upset when hearing it does cost money. We kindly asked you to leave when you continued to complain and said you would never come back. Now why would we continue a service for a rude customer who says they will not be returning because they don’t want to pay for what they want?
