I was super excited to have my nails done at a new spot as Ive been looking for a new nail tech. My appointment was at 10 and the shop didnt even open until 10:15- the tech also arriving 20 minutes late. Throughout the session, I observed that she was constantly checking her phone and seemed distracted. Towards the end, it seemed rushed and I even had to move my things out of the next clients way as she almost sat on my things. I wanted to give the tech some grace as I do love my nails, but I think the experience itself is very important to the whole service. I havent gone back to other places due to similar things. I want to treat myself to good services- not ones where the artist isnt fully present or enjoying themself.

This salon destroyed my nails and refuses to take responsibility for it. I went and got a gel manicure and pedicure 2 weeks ago. Within 1 day, multiple nails not only had chipped polish, but the nail tech kept drilling my nails so much, even when I told her to stop, that every single nail chipped or cracked. These were my real nails that were very strong, almond shaped, and long. She literally drilled the nail bed off. I contacted them and no one responded for several days, and then finally I received a text back to return to repair. This repair should have been free, but they charged me again another $35. Then, 2 days later, my nails broke again down so far my nail beds are bleeding. Never mind the cheap polish is chipped on every nail. I contacted them for a refund and have received no response. After spending $145 for a gel mani/pedi and getting my nails ruined by this salon, I strongly recommend going elsewhere for you service. These folks are not interested in the health of your nails and simply want to upsell you to get something else to keep you coming back because your natural nails will be nubs. Stay far away if you actually care about your nails.

First time here, will definitely be back! Wonderful, professional service and the nail artist was phenomenal! First time I've smiled leaving the nail salon ***Adding to my review of 2 months ago...initially loved this place, my first 2 visits were damn near perfect...after my first two visits, seems like they got comfortable in knowing that I was a loyal patron and started to be careless with me...had someone do my nails so terribly that I returned the very next day to show them how awful my nails looked and to their credit, they redid my nails absolutely free...I wish that was the only bad experience i had but it wasn't...every time I've gone there since, my nails break within 2 days, they are thick and lumpy and bumpy...idk how it went from being such a great job to awful...I spend 90-100 on every visit and the outcome isn't worth that money...I read reviews about people getting offered tea or coffee for free while I have never been offered so much as a cup of tap water...I truly think that they believe they got me hook line and sinker and therefore have to put no effort into me at all...I wont be going back ...it's a shame because I know they are capable of doing a wonderful job...

Ive said it before and Ill say it again, the ladies here are SO KIND!!, made an appointment today for an acrylic pedicure refill, and not only did Tina do an amazing job, the price was very fair and they even gave me a discount for making a good review before this was so kind of them to do knowing how expensive things are nowadays, Id also like to mention when I left I went home and realized some of my toes got smudged and I went back and they gladly fixed it for me , they also me offered water, tea, or soda for free! They really treat u like family here, i highly recommend going here they truly are kind people and do an amazing job, I mean look at my toes , I usually dont go to nail salons because Im worried they wont do a good job which is why I have a girl I go to, but here dont be afraid!! Ill definitely be back again to get my toes re done
