Somehow, a previous review I wrote is gone, so I will be happy to write another. Was basically sold a Chevy Cruze that the check engine light kept coming on, had me bring car to their mechanics (blamed me that oil was a few quarts low...a few weeks later? And every week after that?? Do they think I am stupid?) Then sent me down the street to the Chevy dealer. Took there a few times, the one time the car began smoking and the Service Manager yelled at the kids to quick turn the car off. Then took it to Faulkner in Bethlehem, they could not fix it either. I should have been able to take the car back in 30 days but Penn Auto "tried to fix the problem" and I had 4 kids as a single mom so I wanted it fixed too. Then they said it was too late. Finally another mechanic solved the issues, which were all engine related and cost me $3000. Another time I was rear-ended by someone and when Gerber Collision took the car apart, they found damage from a previous accident which was not shared with me at time of purchase. Gerber could only fix so much due to an accident I didn't even cause, because Penn Auto is not transparent about rheir vehicles and certainly took advantage of my situation. I ended up trading the car into a dealership later. Whatever you do, get a Carfax for $50 before shopping on this lot.

Scammers that send misleading flyers, sent me a supposer 1000$ cash winning ticket that said I just needed to come in there and scan barcode at the kiosk to claim, After wasting my time registering with a saleswoman and giving my personal i fo they tell me the lottery ticket means nothing and I'm eligible for $2100 off an overprice car instead of winning $1000 cash as stated

We received a flyer in the mail for their sweepstakes drawing, our flyer showed we won $1000 dollars so naturally we were excited. The flyer specified they would scan your flyer to validate the prize. So we took it there and they just took our flyer, set it down, never scanned it, and just gave us the minimum prize a generic pair of 20$ earbuds. To say the least we were frustrated. Don't trust anything you get from Penn Auto Group in the mail its all misleading to get you in the office. I personally will never go back there as I don't respect business who do that, you should do the same.
