In September 2023, my engine blew in my "new" 2022 Nissan Rogue. Engines were on backorder. In January 2024, I thought.... why I should take this lying down. I spent all this money, have no car (it wasn't repaired until 3/2024, but in fairness, Nissan did give me a loner), definitely don't trust the car and now my car has depreciated as well. But I knew I did not have any money to get a lawyer to fight Nissan. I called a local attorney's office anyways to see if they handle lemon law and what the price would be, and they referred me to 1-800-LEMON-LAW (Kimmel and Silverman). I first thought, well that's a joke. But I called and I'm so glad I did! If your case qualifies, not only do they provide competent legal representation, but it is also literally FREE! Yup, I thought too good to be true, but I recently WON my case, surrendered the lemon back to Nissan and got my reimbursement check today! The best part is Nissan had to pay their legal fees as well. Nothing was taken out of my settlement. In addition, the Client Service Representative, Legal Secretary, Managing Attorney and Settlement Coordinator assigned to my case were EXCEPTIONAL! I was amazed at their response time to any of my questions/concerns as well as moving my case forward through the process. I was really impressed and so grateful for them and the service they provided. It was a win for the little guy who doesn't have the money or knowledge on what we are legally entitled to under the law when our expensive car purchase is defective, or car is still a lemon after multiple unsuccessful repairs, ect. Folks, it's worth giving them a chance if you think you have a lemon. First, research Lemon Laws in your state to familiarize yourself. Then give them a call and they will do a screening of your claim to see if you qualify under the lemon law or there may be something else you qualify for under the law. If you do, I am telling you, there is nothing you sign to indicate you will be responsible for their legal fees. They seek that from manufacture's, dealers ect. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving them a call. This ordeal has restored some hope to know there are services out there actually looking out for the consumer. Good Luck!

I had several issues with my 2022 Chevy Silverado. After contacting Kimmel & Silverman PC they made me aware I had a lemon law. They were very courteous and kept me updated through the whole process. I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to have them take and resolve my case.
